In this course, working with Word and Excel; taught. Selected practical examples deal with the most important functions in detail, the cooperation between the programs and their use in the office.
In addition to the advantages of the individual programs, there are numerous tools that combine Word and Excel. Get to know both applications fundamentally from the start.
Topics in Word:
Set up the work environment; Capture and change texts; Text correction; Tabs; Enumeration and numbering; Document design; Margins, headers and footers, page numbering, document templates.
Topics in Excel:
Workbooks; Calculate in Excel with formulas and functions; Columns / Rows: insert, delete, copy, move and change; Cell formatting: frames, patterns, templates; Define print areas and other print peculiarities.

Weekend seminar for advanced students
In this course, working with Word and Excel; taught. Selected practical examples deal with the most important functions in detail, the cooperation between the programs and their use in the office.
This advanced course is aimed specifically at participants who work constantly with Word and Excel and master the most important basic knowledge. Our goal is for the participants to acquire time-saving techniques and methods in both programs, but also to learn to better master the advantages of cooperation and data exchange between the two programs.

Topics in Word:
Document and format templates; OLE links; Columns and sections; Numbering and form letter and much more.

Topics in Excel:
V reference and pivot tables; Insert diagrams and pictures; daily usable functions and a lot more.
Requirements: Safe use of Windows, good knowledge of Word / Excel basics

Beginners who want to acquire basic knowledge
This course teaches you how to use Windows 10, Word and PowerPoint in a compact form. The most important functions of the individual programs, the cooperation of the programs and their use in the office are covered by practical examples.

Topics in Windows 10:
Basic IT terms; Possible uses and operation of a computer; Operating system basics.

Topics in Word:
Set up the work environment; Create and change texts; Text correction; Tabs; Enumeration and numbering; Frame lines and other design effects.

Document design: margins. Headers and footers, page numbering; Tables in Word; Document templates; Working with mixed content (example: integrating and editing an Excel table in Word).

Topics in PowerPoint:
Compile texts, graphic elements, photos and diagrams into foils for the projector to support lectures, presentations, lectures, group work or lessons.
Requirements: Safe handling of Windows.

Combined course IV – Office 2013/2016/2019 compact (course 20-k004)

Combined course as a compact seminar, especially for newcomers, career changers and returners
who want to acquire basic knowledge
This course teaches you how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote in a compact form. The most important functions of the individual programs, the cooperation of the programs and their use in the office are covered by practical examples. Learn the key steps that are most common in offices.
Contents (including): designing format templates, form letters, ways to make work easier with text modules and auto-correction in Word, etc.
Calculations and evaluations via diagram in Excel, communication and scheduling with Outlook and simple steps to presentations with PowerPoint, notes and reminder functions in OneNote also help you to make daily work easier.
After this seminar, you will be able to easily manage everyday office tasks with the basic tasks.
You will also be able to identify and implement new opportunities in the programs for new tasks.
